Environment
- Minimise environmental impacts from operations, logistics, and supply chain activities
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, including waste management and emissions control
- Promote sustainable sourcing, packaging, and distribution practices
- Continuously improve environmental performance through innovation and efficiency
Roles & Responsibilities
- Management: Lead by example, allocate resources, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
- Employees: Follow safety procedures, report hazards, and take personal
responsibility for their health and safety - Contractors & Suppliers: Must adhere to Materia Scientia’s HSE standards as part of their engagement
Reporting & Incident Management
- All incidents, hazards, or environmental risks must be reported immediately
- Investigations will be conducted to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Whistleblowers are protected under our Whistleblower Policy

We will regularly review and update our HSE practices, ensuring alignment with Australian standards, international best practices, and community expectations.
