Regulatory Compliance
We work with global suppliers and logistics partners who comply with:
- REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals – EU)
- GHS (Globally Harmonised System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals)
- ISO Standards for quality management, safety, and environmental performance
- Australian Dangerous Goods (ADG) Code and relevant state/territory chemical
control laws
All shipments are accompanied by correct documentation, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
Product Quality & Traceability
- Products are sourced from vetted and reliable manufacturers.
- Batch numbers and COAs ensure full traceability.
- We monitor supplier quality and conduct compliance audits where required.
Health, Safety & Handling
- Customers are provided with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and handling instructions.
- Products must only be stored and used by trained personnel in accordance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations.
- Hazardous chemicals are packaged and labelled in line with GHS and ADG Code.
Transportation & Logistics
- We partner with certified freight and shipping providers who specialise in chemical
transport. - Dangerous goods are handled in compliance with international IMDG (sea), IATA (air), and ADR (road) transport regulations.
- Packaging and labelling meet all legal and safety requirements.
Environmental Responsibility
- We promote safe chemical use, storage, and disposal in compliance with EPA and local environmental guidelines.
- Whenever possible, we source chemicals with reduced environmental impact.
- Waste management and recycling practices are encouraged throughout our supply chain.
Ethical Standards
- We expect suppliers to operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability.
- No tolerance for unethical practices, including counterfeit products, unsafe substitution, or non-compliant handling.
